Function :Raddis Regenerative Hub

Reporting to : Assistant Manager - Raddis Regenerative Hub

Location :ASR / Manyam (Kothuru, Kurupam, Addateegala, Gangavaram)

Compensation :15,000/- per month**.

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's in agriculture, Horticulture, Soil Science, or Rural Development. Master's preferred (Agronomy, Environmental Science).

- Minimum 2 years field experience in agriculture extension/projects . Hands-on experience with smallholder farmers (Andhra Pradesh preferred). :

- Technical skills : Soil testing, drip irrigation, IPM practice.

Role overview : The Extension Officer - Regenerative Agriculture leads field implementation of biochar production, carbon sequestration projects, and regenerative farming practices across GVK's farmer network in Andhra Pradesh. The role manages demonstration plots, trains farmers, monitors soil carbon improvements, supports carbon credit verification, and scales adoption of sustainable practices. Success requires hands-on agricultural expertise, farmer training skills, and understanding of carbon market requirements.

Objectives and Key results : 1. Farmer Onboarding & Engagement : Objective : Strengthen farmer enrolment under the Biochar Eco-Credit initiative . Ensure continuous farmer participation and engagement.

Key Results : Enroll targeted number of farmers within assigned geography. Maintain high active participation rate with updated attendance records.

2. Farmer Training & Agreement Alignment :



Key Results :Train all enrolled farmers and distribute training materials. Ensure completion of C-Sink agreements with proper documentation.

3. Acreage Scaling Biochar Intervention

Objective : Expand acreage coverage under the Biochar Pilot. Ensure proper implementation of biochar as per SOP.

4. Eco-Credit Output Delivery

Objective : Support achievement of eco-credit generation targets under Manyam. Ensure documentation readiness for credit validation.

Key Results : Verified eco-credits generated per methodology. Accurate data captured and verification supported.

5. Applied Research Data Integrity

Key Results : Contribute to achieving defined eco-credit volume targets. Maintain complete and error-free documentation for eligible plots.

6. Research Documentation & Dissemination

Objective : Ensure accurate and complete field data collection. Maintain high data quality standards for research validation.

7. SOP Implementation & Compliance

Objective : Ensure consistent implementation of project SOPs at field level. Maintain compliance readiness for audits.

Key Results : Achieve strong SOP adherence during audits. Close audit observations within defined timelines.
