Job Summary : Roles & Responsibilities :

- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Visiting & meeting all client regularly to generate maximum business.
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Sales deal closing & Negotiate with clients
- Team Handling

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business administration marketing / B.tech, MBA or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in field sales any company /similar industry.
- Sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ensure win-win situation for both company and customer
