Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Institutional Sales Manager to lead B2B business development across the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, & Cafes) segment.

If you have a proven track record of selling premium or luxury products to top-tier hospitality decision-makers and possess an existing network in your region, we would love to connect.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2B Growth : Lead institutional sales across five-star hotels, fine-dining restaurants,



luxury cafes, and premium corporate clients within your assigned territory.
- Key Account Management : Pitch to and build lasting relationships with Purchase Managers, F&B; Directors, Executive Chefs, and General Managers.
- Brand Positioning : Articulate the quality, origin, and heritage of Mittal Teas' luxury offerings to secure menu listings and institutional supply contracts.
- Pipeline Management : Build a robust, scalable pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Experience : 5+ years of core B2B / Institutional Sales experience.
- Industry Experience : Direct experience selling into the HoReCa industry is mandatory .
- Network & Skills : Strong regional market presence, exceptional negotiation abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Engagement & Compensation

- Monthly Compensation : Up to ₹40,000 per month.
