Job Title: Sales Manager

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and channel sales teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and key customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
- Conduct regular market visits and review meetings with the sales team.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and monthly performance reviews.
- Coordinate with marketing, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).




- 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the PVC, CPVC, HDPE, plumbing, building materials, or related manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing dealer networks.
- Robust leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and sales reporting.
