Sales Manager - Real Estate Perinthalmanna

We are looking for Sales Manager for one of the fastest growing real estate companies in Perinthalmanna. We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Manager to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Communicating effectively with customers in person and virtually and achieving sales targets.
- Advising clients over calls regarding properties and investment opportunities.
- Scheduling and coordinating site visits with clients.
- Presenting and briefing property details during site visits.
- Involving in negotiation and closure of sales deals.

Requirements :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Vehicle/Two wheeler is mandatory as the job requires travelling to properties,



client places, etc.
- Experience in sales/real estate sales preferred.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Marketing is preferred.
