About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across the entire customer funnel—from awareness to conversion and retention.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels .
- Drive customer acquisition while improving lead quality and reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and website performance through Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) .
- Implement A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze user behavior, customer journeys, and campaign metrics using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and CRM platforms .
- Collaborate with creative, content, sales, and product teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, automation tools, and consumer behavior insights.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing .
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads , and other paid acquisition channels.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM),



and Looker Studio .
- Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels , customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and landing page optimization.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in industries such as Real Estate, SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Consumer Platforms, or Service Businesses .
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Understanding of consumer psychology, neuromarketing, and behavioral marketing principles.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
