Job Position : Human Resource Manager / HR Lead

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning :

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Build talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.

HR Operations :

- Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure smooth HR operations and policy implementation.
- Handle HRMS and employee data management.

Employee Relations :

- Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
- Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
- Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Organize employee recognition programs and company events.

Performance Management :

- Drive annual performance appraisal and salary revision processes.
- Support managers in goal setting and performance evaluations.
- Identify training and development needs.

Payroll & Compliance :

- Coordinate monthly payroll processing with finance/payroll teams.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including:

- PF

- ESIC

- Professional Tax

- Labour Laws

- Shops & Establishment Act

- CLRA





- Support internal and external compliance audits.

Learning & Development :

- Identify employee training needs.
- Coordinate technical and soft-skill training programs.
- Support leadership development initiatives.

HR Policies & Administration :

- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Generate HR reports and MIS for management.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Payroll coordination and statutory compliance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with HRMS, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including team leadership.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Staffing industry.
- Knowledge of US Staffing or Global Recruitment is an added advantage.
- Experience handling HR audits and statutory compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
