Overview :

- Graham Packaging is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for both salaried and hourly roles within a manufacturing environment (preferred). This is a short-term assignment (3-6 months) through one of our staffing agency partners, with the potential for extension based on business needs. - Pay : $25-27/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Start Date : ASAP

Responsibilities :

- Coordinates with HR partners and/or hiring managers on hiring needs
- Provides status updates throughout the selection process using the iCIMS ATS system
- Full-cycle recruiting - Reviewing resumes, conducting prescreens, arranging interviews and overseeing the hiring process.
- SME and partner for strategic sourcing.

Qualifications : Required Skills/Experience You Will Bring to the Job

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Three to five years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process for both hourly and salary positions
- Experience in manufacturing recruitment with at a high volume recruiting pace
- Strong proficiency in all area of full lifecycle recruiting including, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing,



wage and salary trends, and relationship management required
- Experienced in all forms of current online sourcing tools, techniques and networking as well as emerging trends and resources as it relates to recruitment
- Experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
- Knowledge of structured and behavioral interviewing techniques
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to work with others in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, strong relationship building skills required
- Excellent attention to detail and discretion with regard to confidential information
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders
- Creative and innovative thinker with proven good judgement
- Self-starter with strong initiative, highly motivated and focused
- Courage to make difficult decisions

Compensation Statement :

- The expected salary range for the position described in this posting is made in accordance with the legal mandates of certain jurisdictions within the United States. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on individual qualifications and experience.
