Responsibilities : Recruitment and Sourcing :

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top nursing talent from various sources, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.

Coordination and Onboarding :

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientation, providing necessary documentation, and facilitating their integration into the team.

Relationship Building :

- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to enhance its employer brand.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in nursing staff recruitment and coordination.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and nursing profession.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g., English, Hindi, Kannada) is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
