Job Title: Meta Ads Executive (On-Site)

Location : Mansarovar, Jaipur Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience) Experience Required : Minimum 1+ Year

Job Overview : Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Perform audience research, targeting, and segmentation
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and targeting
- Manage daily budgets and bidding strategies effectively
- Analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
- Generate reports and provide actionable insights
- Coordinate with the design and content team for ad creatives
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends and algorithm changes

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Meta Ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)




- Strong understanding of Ads Manager and Business Manager
- Knowledge of pixel setup, conversion tracking, and event management
- Experience in lead generation and performance campaigns
- Basic understanding of landing pages and conversion funnels
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with multiple industries or clients
- Knowledge of Google Ads is an added advantage
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics
