The Plant Helper assists in the operation, maintenance, and housekeeping of construction plants The role ensures smooth plant functioning by supporting operators and maintenance staff.

Key Responsibilities 1. Plant Operation Support

- Assist Plant Operator in day-to-day plant operations.
- Help in feeding raw materials (aggregates, cement, bitumen, etc.).
- Support in monitoring plant equipment during production.
- Ensure uninterrupted workflow as per daily production targets.

1. Maintenance Support

- Assist mechanics and electricians during plant maintenance and repairs.
- Help in cleaning plant machinery and removing material buildup.
- Support lubrication and routine inspection activities.
- Report abnormal sounds, leakages, or breakdown issues immediately.

- Material Handling

- Assist in loading/unloading of raw materials.
- Maintain proper stacking and storage of aggregates and other materials.




- Support stock verification and material reconciliation.

- Housekeeping

- Maintain cleanliness of plant area.
- Remove debris, dust, and waste materials from work area.
- Ensure protected and organized working setting.

- Safety Compliance

- Follow safety instructions and site guidelines.
- Assist in implementing safety measures near moving equipment.

- 0-3 years of experience in construction plant/site work (preferred
