Are you a culinary artist with a passion for bold Asian flavors and cutting-edge fusion dishes? We’re looking for a talented Asian Fusion Chef to join our kitchen team! If you're skilled in preparing Oriental cuisine , including momo, dim sum, sushi, and bao , we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and execute a diverse menu of Asian fusion dishes with a focus on:
- Momos (Nepali/Tibetan dumplings) :
- Dim Sum (Chinese-style bite-sized dishes) :
- Sushi (Japanese traditional & fusion) :
- Bao (steamed buns with innovative fillings) :
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and consistency
- Collaborate on seasonal menu development and kitchen innovation
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with local regulations
- Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with suppliers
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
