Food Preparation (Mise-en-place) : Prepare, chop, peel, weigh, and portion ingredients (fruits, vegetables, meats) for service.
- Cooking Support : Operate kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, fryers) and prepare basic dishes under the guidance of Chef de Partie.
- Hygiene & Safety : Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized kitchen, complying with health regulations, including proper labeling and storing of food.
- Stock Management : Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock (FIFO) and inform seniors of low stock levels.
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
