Code School Finland is a Finland-based education company delivering AI, coding, and future skills curriculum for K-12 schools , along with teacher training and ready-to-use learning materials. Built on the Finnish education model and research-based pedagogy, it enables even non-technical teachers to confidently teach emerging technologies. Code School Finland has worked with schools and education partners across multiple countries globally, supporting teachers and students through structured curriculum and training programs. In India, School Grads represents Code School Finland as the official implementation partner, leading curriculum deployment, teacher training, and school transformation initiatives.

Role Overview : Code School Finland is looking for passionate educators (B.Ed / M.Ed) to lead teacher training and pedagogy implementation across partner schools in India. This role focuses on delivering Finnish pedagogy-based training, enabling teachers to confidently teach AI, coding, robotics, and future skills using project-based learning models. No technical background is required. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teacher Training & Pedagogy Delivery : Deliver online and in-person training sessions for school teachers Train teachers on: ◦ AI & Coding curriculum delivery ◦ Finnish pedagogy (project-based & experiential learning) ◦ Classroom integration strategies Conduct demo classes and model lessons

2. Curriculum Implementation Support : Guide schools in implementing Code School Finland curriculum (Grades 1‒10) Support teachers in: ◦ Lesson planning ◦ Activity-based teaching ◦ Student project facilitation Ensure quality and consistency across schools

3. Academic Monitoring & Mentoring :



Conduct classroom observations (offline/virtual) Provide feedback and improvement plans for teachers Track teacher progress and training outcomes

4. Pedagogical Transformation Help schools shift from: ◦ Traditional teaching → Experiential & project-based learning Promote: ◦ Critical thinking ◦ Problem-solving ◦ Creativity in classrooms

5. School Engagement & Workshops Conduct: ◦ Orientation sessions for school leadership ◦ Parent awareness sessions (if required) Represent Code School Finland in academic discussions and events

Eligibility Criteria Mandatory Qualification : B.Ed / M.Ed (Education)

Important Note : No prior knowledge of coding, AI, or robotics is required Full training and curriculum support will be provided by Code School Finland

Preferred Experience in: ◦ Teacher training / academic coordination ◦ CBSE / ICSE / IB / Cambridge schools

Key Skills Required : Strong communication & presentation skills Ability to train and engage teachers Strong understanding of pedagogy & classroom practices Willingness to learn and adapt to new-age curriculum Leadership mindset with ability to influence schools
