In many schools, the VP is the primary point of contact for behavioral issues.

- Restorative Justice: Implementing discipline policies that focus on growth rather than just punishment.
- Attendance Tracking: Monitoring chronic absenteeism and working with families to improve student presence.
1. Operations & Logistics
This is the "behind-the-scenes" work that keeps the building running smoothly.
- Master Scheduling:
Creating the complex puzzle of teacher periods, room assignments, and lunch rotations.
- Safety Protocols: Leading fire drills, lockdowns, and emergency preparedness planning.
- Event Coordination: Managing graduation ceremonies, pep rallies, and parent-teacher conferences.

The VP acts as a bridge between various stakeholders.
- Parent Liaison: Handling sensitive concerns and fostering a welcoming setting for families.
- Staff Morale: Acting as a sounding board for faculty and advocating for their needs to the Principal.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
