Job Type : Full-time Salary : - 8000 - 18000 Per month

Job Summary

The Preschool Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate educational experiences for children ages 2-6. The teacher creates a protected, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. This role works collaboratively with other teachers, staff, and families to promote positive learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Create a warm, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that supports individual learning needs.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s development and progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Support children’s social-emotional development and positive behavior through guidance and encouragement.
- Ensure health, safety, and supervision standards are followed at all times.
- Communicate regularly with parents through conferences, reports, and daily updates.




- Collaborate with fellow teachers, assistants, and administrators to support classroom and school goals.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
- Assist with classroom setup, organization, and maintenance of materials and supplies.
- Support children during transitions, routines, and special school events.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Associate degree may be considered).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working with young children in a preschool or early childhood setting.
- Knowledge of child development principles and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Understanding of state licensing requirements and classroom safety standards.
- Strong communication, patience, and classroom management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in inclusive or special education classrooms.
- Familiarity with early childhood curriculum approaches such as Reggio Emilia, Montessori, or Creative Curriculum.
- Ability to use educational technology and classroom documentation tools.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
