Job Title : Kindergarten Teacher (Pre-Primary) Qualification :

- Any Graduate (mandatory)
- NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) / ECCEd / Montessori Training (mandatory)

Experience :

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in pre-primary/kindergarten teaching :

- Freshers with strong training and passion for early childhood education may also apply

Job Summary : A nurturing and creative educator responsible for fostering early childhood development through play-based learning, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons (rhymes, storytelling, phonics, basic numeracy)

- Implement activity-based and play-way teaching methods :

- Support development of motor skills, language skills, and social behavior :

- Create a protected, caring, and inclusive classroom environment :

- Monitor and assess children’s progress regularly





- Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development

- Organize classroom activities, celebrations, and events :

- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and emotional well-being of children

Skills Required :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills :

- Patience, empathy, and child-friendly approach

- Creativity in teaching (art, craft, storytelling, activities)

- Basic knowledge of phonics and early learning methods :

- Classroom management for young children

Additional Requirements :

- Passion for working with young children

- Ability to handle children with different learning needs

Salary :

- As per experience and institutional norms

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
