Attend the phone calls from patients, doctors and others.
- Fix appointments with patients and doctors
- Guide patients inside the clinic. Assist them in going to the right room, give information of tests and allay any fears/doubts that patients might have about any procedures.
- Assist the clinic manager with the daily accounts and ensure that the cash collected tallies with the entries in the software
- Verify the X-Ray register and ensure that the un-used X Ray film tallys.
- Bill the patients for services provided and collect cash from patients.
