Cocosto UX Design Studio is a creative design studio with 7 years of expertise in UI/UX Design, brand identity, and digital product design. As we expand and open our recent office, we are looking for a warm, professional, and organised individual to be the face of our studio — managing the front desk and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable office environment at all times
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and coordination
- Support the team with small errands and office supply management
- Handle courier, deliveries, and vendor visits efficiently
- Maintain visitor logs and coordinate meeting room arrangements
- Assist senior staff with basic documentation and follow-ups when required

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Freshers welcome — no prior experience required
- Good command of English — both spoken and written communication
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Job Types : Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
