- FERTY9 FERTILITY CENTER, SECUNDERABADBRANCH IS LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE

- Job Location: SECUNDERABAD, TELENGANA.

- Experience required: 2 - 3 yrs of relevant sales experience

- Educational Qualification: ANY DEGREE

- Job Summary:

- Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to inbound calls from prospective patients with queries about IVF and fertility treatments.

- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads from digital campaigns, referrals, and website inquiries.

- Convert calls into confirmed appointments across Ferty9's 11 centers in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

- Clearly explain treatment options, consultation procedures, and hospital offerings.

- Maintain accurate records of all communications in CRM software.

- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales/conversion targets.





- Liaise with reception and branch staff to ensure seamless patient coordination.

- Handle all communication with confidentiality, clarity, and empathy.

- Valuable communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to perform well under pressure.

- Excellent interpersonal skills

Pay: ₹20,000.42 - ₹30,000.06 per month
