Job Summary : Responsible for managing store operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service for mobile accessories products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily store operations and staff management
- Achieve sales targets and improve store performance
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and product display
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and store reports
Skills Required :
- Strong sales and leadership skills
- Knowledge of mobile accessories products
- Inventory management and billing/POS systems
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
Qualification & Experience :
- Graduate preferred
- 3-6 years experience in retail/store management
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
