Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Handle cash, card, UPI, and online payment transactions

Generate invoices and billing accurately

Maintain daily cash records and counter reports

Coordinate with sales staff and customers for smooth billing process

Verify customer details and purchase documents

Handle exchange, advance booking, and payment follow-ups

Ensure proper cash management and balance at closing time

Maintain professionalism and customer service at the counter

Requirements : Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Experience in retail, jewellery showroom, or cash handling preferred

Basic knowledge of computer billing software and MS Excel

Positive communication and customer handling skills

Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
