Job Description: Marketing Executive (Physical Business Marketing) - Service Industry

Position Title : Marketing Executive - Field / Physical Business Marketing

Department : Marketing / Business Development

Industry : Service Industry (Calibration / Engineering / Technical Services / Compliance-based Services)

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct regular field visits to industrial clients for business development.
- Promote company services through direct interaction with customers.
- Identify current business opportunities in assigned territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal submission and service execution.
- Follow up with clients for enquiries, quotations, and order closure.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor activity information.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update marketing activity status.
- Support in achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Participate in exhibitions, client meetings, and promotional events when required.

Safety & Compliance Responsibilities :

- Basic knowledge of industrial safety standards.
- Awareness of statutory compliance requirements applicable to industries.
- Understanding of ISO standards (preferred).
- Ability to communicate compliance-related service benefits to clients.




- Support clients in identifying service needs related to safety and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in direct client interaction.
- Ability to travel for field marketing activities.
- Basic understanding of industrial operations.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance-related services.
- Negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Reporting and documentation capability.

Educational Qualification : ITI / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree

Experience Required : 1-3 years of experience in field marketing / business development in service industry (Freshers with safety/compliance knowledge may also be considered)

- Experience in service-based marketing
- Exposure to industrial clients
- Knowledge of safety audits / statutory compliance / calibration / technical services
- Willingness to travel locally and outstation if required

- New client acquisition

- Territory coverage effectiveness

Reporting To : Marketing Manager / Business Development Head

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
