Role Description
Qualifications
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, including customer service and active listening abilities
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
- Proficiency in maintaining organized and accurate records, and competent in using CRM software
- Time management skills to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently
- Experience in a customer-facing role or industry is a plus
- Basic knowledge of the Garment, Label and Trim manufacturing sector is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent practical experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
