Job Overview

Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally
- Communicate with customers in Hindi, Tamil, and basic English
- Maintain positive customer relationships and provide support
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, feedback, and services
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams
- Update customer interaction details in CRM/software
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain daily call and follow-up reports

Requirements :

- Fluency in Hindi and Tamil is mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling ability
- Ability to manage customer conversations professionally
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
