Key Responsibilities:

- Regularly search for relevant tenders across government e-procure, e-tenders, gem portal & other portals.
- Maintain a record of tenders, tracking approvals, submissions, and deadlines.
- Analyze tender requirements to determine eligibility and feasibility.
- Prepare and compile all necessary documents required for tender submissions, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders while adhering to client requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date templates and formats for tender documents to streamline the submission process.
- Work closely with the team for Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), tender fees, and other financial documentation.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, gather insights, and ensure clarity on project requirements.
- Communicate with clients to resolve any queries related to the tender process.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, finance to obtain necessary inputs.
- Track tender progress.
- Maintain a database of submitted tenders, their status,



and learning from past submissions to enhance future tendering strategies.

Key Requirements:

- Experience : Minimum 2-4 years in tendering, preferably in an advertising agency.
- Education : Graduate Mandatory
- Technical Skills :Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with e-tendering portals and submission processes.
- Soft Skills :Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tenders & meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
