Job Overview

This role is strictly for Customer Support Professionals and is not related to Desktop Support, System Administration, or Hardware Support .

Key Responsibilities

- Provide timely and professional responses to client issues
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution
- Maintain proper communication and follow-up with customers
- Assist customers during remote support sessions when required
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective support
- Maintain support records and communication logs

Required Skills :





- Excellent English communication skills ( Speaking & Writing - 9/10 )
- Excellent internet and online research skills
- Ability to manage professional communication with international clients
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Software/Application Support :

- Prior experience handling international customers will be an advantage

Work Expectations

- Day Shift role
- Occasionally available for remote support sessions on a 24x7 basis when needed
- Compensatory offs will be provided to maintain work-life balance
