About the Role : Key Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and ticketing platforms.
- Coordinate order processing and support daily operational activities.
- Work with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
- Utilize AI tools (including ChatGPT) to improve response quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualification :

- Graduate in any discipline.

Experience :

- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, CRM, or Operations.
- Experience in D2C, E-commerce, Retail,



or Consumer Brands will be preferred.

Required Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and ticket management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn current software and AI tools.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail with a customer-first approach.
