Job Title: Customer Support Executive - International Voice Process

Experience : Minimum 6 months in a similar role (freshers with excellent communication may also be considered if specified)

Education : Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Salary : ₹3,00,000 - ₹5,00,000 per annum (based on experience & interview performance)

Work Schedule : 5 days working, 2 rotational week offs

Shift : Rotational/Night shifts (International process)

Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients

Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally

Maintain quality and productivity standards

Document interactions accurately in the system

Requirements : Minimum 6 months experience in BPO/customer support (voice process)

Any Graduate/Undergraduate

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week offs

Good communication skills in English
