Position Overview

The Butler (Food & Beverage) will be responsible for providing professional F&B; service within the corporate office environment. The role involves managing client hospitality, taking food and beverage orders, serving refreshments, and ensuring a smooth and premium experience for visiting clients, guests, and stakeholders during meetings and discussions.

Key ResponsibilitiesFood & Beverage Service

- Take food and beverage orders from clients, guests,



and team members professionally.
- Serve tea, coffee, beverages, snacks, and refreshments as per requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate service during meetings and client interactions.
- Maintain proper presentation, hygiene, and service standards.
- Coordinate with catering vendors for special food requirements or events.

Client Hospitality

- Welcome and assist visiting clients and guests with professionalism.
- Understand client preferences and provide personalized service.
- Maintain a polite, attentive, and qualified approach during interactions.

Office Support

- Prepare meeting areas with required refreshments and service arrangements.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the service area.
- Manage basic inventory of beverages, crockery, cutlery, and service items.

Skills & Qualifications

- Prior experience in hospitality, food & beverage service, hotels, restaurants, clubs, or corporate service roles preferred.
- Good spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming and etiquette.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle client-facing responsibilities with confidence and professionalism.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
