- Service delivery : Perform a variety of beauty services, including:

- Skincare : Facials, waxing, and other treatments.

- Hair care : Shampooing, cutting, coloring, and styling.

- Nail care : Manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.

- Client relationship management : Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing excellent service and personalized recommendations.

- Administrative tasks :

- Greet clients and manage appointments (booking, scheduling).

- Maintain client records, including contact details and treatment history.

- Manage inventory and stock levels for products.

- Essential skills and requirements _

- Technical skills : Proficiency in various beauty treatments,



product knowledge, and staying updated on the latest trends.

- Customer service : Ability to communicate effectively, listen to client needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Hygiene and safety : Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools are properly sterilized.

- Physical stamina : Ability to stand for long periods while performing services.

- Business acumen : Ability to cross-sell products and services and contribute to the salon's revenue.

- Licensing : A qualified license is often required, depending on local regulations
