Job Summary

Responsibilities :

- Handle office administration and daily coordination activities
- Manage customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, calls, and website
- Reply to customer messages and follow up on enquiries
- Convert enquiries into sales orders
- Coordinate customer orders, delivery updates, and follow-ups
- Maintain customer records and enquiry details
- Handle customer support and maintain good customer relationships
- Support online and offline sales activities
- Coordinate with staff, delivery team, and management when required
- Maintain office files, documents, and daily reports
- Handle calls and customer communication professionally

Requirements :





- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer knowledge and office handling skills
- Ability to manage customer enquiries professionally
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Positive attitude and responsible working style preferred
