Job Summary

Responsibilities :

- Handle direct store sales and customer interaction
- Manage online sales enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and website
- Reply to customer messages and follow up on enquiries
- Convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders
- Handle customer support and maintain good customer relationships
- Coordinate customer orders, packing, and delivery updates
- Support showroom sales and product presentation
- Maintain enquiry records and customer follow-ups
- Assist in achieving online and offline sales targets
- Handle calls and customer communication professionally
- Support social media enquiry handling when required

Requirements :





- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Customer handling and sales skills preferred
- Basic computer and online sales knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently
- Positive attitude and active working style
- Experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage
