- Key Responsibilities: ð" Follow up with customers and leads collected from Gift Expo. ð"² Approach and manage customers primarily via WhatsApp. ð"¤ Circulate product creatives and new launches regularly to potential and existing clients on WhatsApp. ð"¦ Handle customer orders, queries, and requirements efficiently. ð" Follow up on leads, orders, and repeat needs â" build long-term relations. ð'¡ Solve problems independently â" if you donât know something, figure it out. â Complete tasks by any means â" smart work, hard work, or hustle.
