Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales and Support teams to achieve business goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
- Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure targets are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Ensure the Support team delivers excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
- Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets,



and business performance reports for management.
- Implement and improve sales processes, CRM practices, and customer engagement strategies.

Required Skills :

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience in B2B IT/Software sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business development and client relationship management abilities.
- Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and solve complex business challenges.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
