Job Summary : Responsible for managing room reservations, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring personalized booking experience aligned with boutique hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage bookings in PMS (IDS/Opera or similar)
- Provide detailed information on rooms, packages, and services
- Coordinate with front office and sales team
- Maintain booking records and prepare reports
- Ensure personalized guest communication and follow-ups

Skills Required :

- Knowledge of PMS and OTA platforms
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and coordination ability
- Understanding of boutique/luxury hospitality preferred

Qualification & Experience :

- Hotel Management / Graduate preferred
- 1-4 years experience in hotel reservations

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
