Telecaller (Fresher Welcome)

Salary : ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Incentives Location : On-site

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain company services and offers clearly
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer database
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
- Maintain daily call reports and performance records
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

Requirements :

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
- Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
