Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Intern who is enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students seeking hands-on experience in customer support, communication, and service operations. The intern will assist the team in handling author queries and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.





Key Responsibilities

- Support & Coordination :Help resolve basic concerns related to publishing services, timelines, and submissions by coordinating with internal teams.
- Documentation :Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update internal systems regularly.
- Process Understanding :Learn and understand the publishing workflow to guide authors effectively.
- Feedback Collection :Collect author feedback and share insights with the team to help improve service quality.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience : Freshers are welcome (prior internship or customer-handling experience is a plus)

Skills Required :

- Positive verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Positive attitude, empathy, and willingness to learn

Other Requirements

- Immediate joining or mínimal notice period
- Must own a laptop (company systems are not provided)

Job Type : Internship Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
