Role Overview

As a Tele Caller, you will be the front-line voice of our company. You will engage potential and existing clients over the phone to introduce our products and services, generate sales leads, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

- Key Responsibilities _

Outbound Outreach : Conduct calls to prospective and current clients to present product/service offerings and generate interest.

Lead Generation & Sales : Follow call scripts, handle basic objections, highlight product benefits, and schedule follow-ups or appointments for the sales team.

Customer Support : Answer inquiries courteously, resolve basic concerns, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Data Management :



Keep accurate logs of calls, update client records in the CRM/system, and adhere to internal workflows.

Target Achievement : Work proactively to hit individual daily/monthly targets while contributing to overall team goals.

- Qualifications & Skills _

Education : High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Communication : Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with a confident, polite phone voice.

Sales & Persuasion : Aptitude for building rapport, explaining product benefits, and overcoming basic objections.

Work Ethic : Highly punctual, target-oriented, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced team environment.

Experience : Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is an advantage (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome to apply!).
