Job Description (JD) - Retail Sales Officer (Jewellery Retail)

Position : Retail Sales Officer Industry : Jewellery Retail Location : Bokaro Employment Type : Full-Time

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Attend and assist customers professionally to deliver an excellent shopping experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Demonstrate jewellery products and provide product knowledge to customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain store decorum, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure proper stock display and support inventory control activities.
- Follow company SOPs, billing processes, and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Eligibility Criteria :





- Minimum Qualification :12th Pass (Higher Secondary) :

- Experience :1-3 years of experience in Jewellery Retail preferred/ Freshers can also eligible for the post. :

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer handling and selling ability

- Presentable personality with a customer-first approach
