THE CHALLENGE: What You’ll Be Doing

We aren’t looking for a traditional, robotic "Salesperson." We want a Growth Hacker in the making. Your core mission is to take warm leads and turn them into obsessed, successful Kamero power-users.

- High-Impact Conversion : Own and engage with incoming leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, and organic channels. You’ll be the champion representing Kamero's voice.
- Onboarding & Customer Success : Handhold new users through the platform, explain our transparent pricing plans, and ensure their first event upload is a massive success.
- Growth Experiments : Collaborate directly with leadership to run cold outreach campaigns and smart social media experiments to unlock new photographer and school networks.

WHO YOU ARE (Skills & Requirements)

- The Communicator : You are confident, empathetic,



and an incredible listener. You speak flawlessly in Hindi and have a strong, professional command of English.
- Tech & Office Savvy : You don’t just "know" Excel and PPT—you are highly comfortable using them to organize data and build clean, elegant presentations.
- AI Enthusiast : You’ve already played around with AI tools for your studies or personal projects and are eager to master professional prompt engineering and copywriting.
- Startup DNA : You thrive in fast-paced environments, love taking ownership, and can effortlessly switch from a client success call to analyzing a sales sheet.
- Background : Any graduate can apply. Prior sales, support, or marketing internship experience is a massive plus.
