- Drive primary and secondary sales targets through effective planning and execution
- Lead and manage a team of 6-8 Sales Officers , ensuring performance delivery
- Train, coach, and motivate the team to improve sales productivity and effectiveness
- Drive distribution and product availability across key markets and outlets
- Ensure strong visibility, merchandising, and execution of sales initiatives at stores
- Build and maintain relationships with key outlets and distributors
- Monitor order flow, collections, and outstanding payments from distributors

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
