We are looking for an energetic, goal-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team, expand our client footprint, and drive B2B partnerships through active on-field engagement.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and target potential B2B clients, scheduling and conducting face-to-face meetings daily. :

- On-Field Pitching & Demos: Meet with prospective clients (such as business owners, partners, or healthcare providers/clients depending on vertical) to present Next99’s solutions and close deals. :

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. :

- Sales Pipeline Management:



Manage the entire sales cycle from cold-outreach and initial pitch to negotiation and closure. :

- Daily Reporting: Sync with the office team daily to update lead status, sales pipeline, and local market feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in direct B2B sales, corporate sales, or field sales. :

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to pitch complex ideas clearly. :

- Negotiation Skills: Confident in handling objections, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals. :

- Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler) and a valid driving license for daily local travel. :

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using basic CRM tools to log and track your field activities.
