Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify sales leads through various channels including referrals, digital marketing, walk-ins, and networking.
- Conduct property presentations , site visits, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties .
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking and post-sales follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, loan assistance, registration, and possession .
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software and provide regular sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new project launches .
- Participate in sales campaigns, exhibitions, property expos, and promotional events .

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce , or a related field.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- 3-7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales .
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in selling residential apartments, villas, plots, commercial spaces, or luxury properties .
- Strong local market knowledge and customer network.
