Sales and Marketing Head

Job Summary: Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct site visits and assess project feasibility for clients
- Explain solar system advantages and present customized proposals
- Generate and convert leads from homeowners, builders, and small businesses
- Maintain customer inquiry records and track lead status
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Support branding activities, roadshows, and exhibitions
- Coordinate with the execution team for smooth project handover after sales
- Collect customer feedback and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements :

- Graduate in any discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales
- Experience in solar, real estate, or energy industry preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
