What You’ll Do

- Call and convert incoming prospective learner leads
- Handle follow-ups and close deals
- Guide students about career-focused programs
- Manage leads inside CRM system
- Work closely with founders and core team

Compensation

- ₹15,000 - 22,000 Fixed Salary
- Incentives on every successful admission
- High earning potential (performance-based growth)

Who Should Apply

- 1-5 years experience in sales / telecalling
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
- Confident, disciplined, and result-driven mindset
- Someone who wants to grow in sales, not just do a job

Skills We Value

- Basic Excel (lead tracking, filters, reporting)

- Familiarity with MS 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Teams)

- Experience with CRM tools (lead management, follow-ups, status updates)

- Basic knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude (for writing,



communication, productivity)

- Understanding of sales pipeline and conversion process :

- Good documentation and follow-up discipline
