Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud and OTL modules.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Provide support for Oracle HCM Cloud and OTL, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on Oracle HCM Cloud and OTL functionalities.
Required Skills :
- Proficiency in Time and Labor (OTL)
- Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Experience in Performance Management
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
