- High level responsibilities including governance structures and mechanisms, corporate conduct within an organization and within regulatory workplace, board, shareholder meetings, compliance with legal, regulatory and listing requirements, contact with regulatory and external bodies, reports and circulars to shareholders, risk management, property administration and organization and the interpretation of financial accounts.

Desired Profile Role

- Handled due diligence in respect of takeover of ownership of the Company including
- matter related to opening of Escrow Account, execution of Share Purchase Agreement
- Disbursement of Loan and takeover of loan from one bank to another bank.
- Issuance of Compulsory Convertible Debenture.
- Issuance of shares on right issue and private placement basis.
- Must Qualification: Qualified CS from ICSI
