Job Summary : Key Responsibilities : Infrastructure & Systems Operations :

- Job involves maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the reliable operation of an organization's computer systems, servers, and IT infrastructure , including user support, security, backups, performance monitoring, and hardware/software management to minimize disruptions and meet business needs. Key tasks include managing user accounts, troubleshooting complex issues, implementing security measures (firewalls, updates), performing backups, optimizing system performance, and providing help desk support.
- Infrastructure Management :Setting up, configuring, and maintaining servers (Windows, Linux), networks, and cloud environments.
- User & Account Management :Onboarding/offboarding users, managing permissions, and access controls (like SSO)
- Security & Compliance :Implementing security policies, monitoring threats, managing firewalls, and ensuring data protection.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery :Performing regular data backups and planning for business continuity.
- Performance Monitoring :Optimizing system performance and reducing downtime.
- Technical Support :Acting as a help desk for internal users, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues.
- Asset Management :Keeping IT asset inventory up-to-date.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
- Understanding of networking principles (LAN/WAN, firewalls).
- Problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Administer and optimize physical and virtual servers across global sites.
- Manage hybrid environments that include both on-prem and public cloud platforms.
- Monitor and enhance performance, availability, and capacity of systems.




- Automate recurring tasks and improve system reliability using scripting and orchestration tools.

Cloud & Migration Projects :

- Support identity federation, secure access, and cloud-based networking configurations.
- Assist in workload migrations between environments while ensuring mínimal downtime and maximum security.

Security & Compliance :

- Ensure secure configuration, access control, and data protection policies are enforced across all environments.
- Collaborate with internal security teams on patch management, threat detection, and compliance audits.
- Support logging, monitoring, and alerting integrations with centralized systems (e.g., SIEM).

Web Infrastructure & Secure Hosting :

- Administer hosting environments for corporate and product websites, ensuring availability, performance, and security.
- Implement web security layers such as encryption, secure DNS, firewalls, and attack mitigation practices.

Documentation & Operational Readiness :

- Maintain accurate documentation of network topologies, IP schemas, system configurations, and procedures.
- Create infrastructure playbooks, support runbooks, and change control records.
- Contribute to DR/BCP planning and regularly test backup and recovery processes.

Collaboration & Support :

- Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated infrastructure incidents.
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams to support critical projects and service uptime.




- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications : Education & Certifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (networking, cloud, virtualization, or security) are a plus.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system and network administration roles.
- Robust background in managing modern infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments.
- Experience in network modernization projects including SDN, SD-WAN, or zero trust implementations.
- Familiarity with cloud IaaS/PaaS platforms, directory services, and hybrid identity management.

Skills & Competencies :

- Solid understanding of core infrastructure services: DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, firewalls, access controls.
- Experience with virtualization, cloud-based workloads, and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
- Comfortable with monitoring tools, system health checks, and performance tuning.
- Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about supporting a global organization
