Role – Share Point Developer

Responsibilities -
1. Design and develop custom Share Point Online solutions using SPFx (React framework), including web parts, extensions, UI customizations, and integration components.2. Customize and enhance the Share Point Online User Profile experience, including profile pages, directory views, and personalized dashboards.
3. Build and integrate Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) to extend Share Point forms, data entry, workflows, and process automation.
4. Develop and manage Power Automate flows to automate document lifecycle, approvals, notifications, and data integration.
5. Work with Share Point Search to configure search schema, custom refiners, result sources, adaptive cards, and search-driven pages.
6. Implement robust Records Management capabilities in Share Point Online, including retention labels, retention schedules, disposition review, and compliance policies.
7. Support and optimize migration of eSafe records into Share Point Online document libraries and records repositories.
8. Implement best practices for Share Point governance, permissions, auditing, and site hierarchy.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Share Point, SPFx, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 services.

Requirement -
1. Valuable hands-on experience with Share Point Online (Modern Experience).




2. Proven experience developing SPFx solutions using - React, Type Script, PnP JS, Fluent UI (Office UI Fabric)
3. Experience building Share Point-integrated solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
4. Deep understanding of Share Point Search, Managed Properties, Refiners, Schema configuration.
5. Experience with Share Point Records Management (Retention labels, policies, file plans, metadata design).
6. Experience working with Share Point Site Columns, Content Types, Term Store (Managed Metadata).
7. Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, Share Point REST API, and PnP libraries.
8. Good understanding of Entra ID permissions, Share Point app permissions, and App-Only authentication.
9. Experience in document management systems, large-scale libraries, and metadata-driven information architecture.
10. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical designs.
11. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to Have
1. Experience with Power Shell / PnP Power Shell for automation.
2. Experience with Share Point Framework extensions (command sets, field customizers).
3. Experience with security and compliance in Microsoft 365.
